Well, I suppose I don't know what information was made available by the Central Bank or the regulator that night, but I think in terms of when you look at the ... I suppose ... you would look at the ... a financial regulator would probably expect to have a view in terms of how much liquidity the banking system has, when is that liquidity going to mature and you know ... I suppose scenario planning around that. I am not saying there wasn't scenario planning around that. I suppose the thing that people have to understand is that is wasn't necessarily the loss of liquidity that was happening, it was the rates of loss.
