But, because of the nature of competition there was in the market and the relationship model, then the margin applying to those loans was actually much lower than what probably the risk merited, so, you know, it wasn't unusual to see those loans priced, you know, three month EURIBOR, whatever the three month EURIBOR rate was, at sometimes at 1.5%, 1.75% margin, which is quite low for that type of lending. That type of lending is probably okay for an income producing asset.
