The witnesses are very welcome. I wish to discuss clay pipes. What scale are these pipes? Are they little or very big pipes? Are they sewerage pipes? What scale is Mr. Thompson talking about when he talks about clay pipes? He said development can affect them.

Whoever was doing the development and planning should have asked them to investigate the underground drainage and pipe network before building on top of it.
