The plan is that the asset will be transferred to Dublin City Council, which will use it as a visitor attraction on the Liffey. The immediate or short-term plan is not to bring it back to a standard whereby it could sail. It is purely to be used as a tourist attraction. There is a possibility that tourism numbers will increase as a result of its being used in this way.
