That was the benchmark price that was available at the time. I have no reason to believe the other transaction that took place was not an open market price. We believe it was an open market price. To answer the Deputy's question in regard to the method we used, I confirmed to Deputy Costello, and I will do so again, that in this particular case, we used this particular procurement route, which was an exception and to be used in exceptional circumstances.

We took it under advice. This is the only one on which we took this particular route. In all the other cases we sold by tender arrangements. We have very few transactions left to take place, and those which have yet to take place are taking place on an open competition basis.
