While I appreciate that, am I right in saying that the tenth anniversary Permanent TSB report did not just present figures? It actually referred to soft landing commentary, which Permanent TSB then relied on to state that it supported the ESRI's position. It is not a case simply of presenting figures or not - or is it the contrary?
