We will consider EU proposal COM (2014) 581, which is contained in schedule A. It is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending the requirements relating to emission limits and type approval for internal combustion engines for non-road mobile machinery. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
