I refer to Professor Honohan's paper, Resolving the Banking Crisis. Was it not astounding that it was not picked up that Anglo Irish Bank's balance sheet was growing at an average of 37% over a nine year period between 1998 and 2007 and INBS's was growing at more than 20% annually during that period?
