Mr. Wright's report concentrated on the fiscal side. On banking policy and interaction between the Department of Finance and the Central Bank, did he find any evidence of the Department of Finance raising concerns consistently with the Central Bank about unsustainable lending to one sector of the economy - construction and property - with the risks that were being built up? Did he find any evidence of the Department of Finance giving those warnings to the Central Bank?
