I read in the newspaper about people who believe they were bullied, harassed or intimidated in the processes in place. We also read about the imbalance that the citizen believe there is in how he or she is represented against the State. I will read the answer from the Minister for Finance, Deputy Michael Noonan, to a parliamentary question I tabled:

...any debtor with a concern or complaint in relation to their dealings with NAMA should directly contact them. All such queries and complaints are fully investigated by the Chairman and CEO.

Mr. McDonagh has informed Deputy Mary Lou McDonald that he does not meet debtors.
