This follows on from my earlier questioning. Mr. Nyberg said economies must adjust to the constraints of participation in the euro and the ECB. What counter-cyclical measures does Mr. Nyberg feel are adequate to replace the fact that they are unable to control interest rates when crises or potential crises loom?
