As we come to the conclusion of this morning's hearings I will be re-inviting the lead questioners to move us towards closure. I just want to confirm something I raised with Mr. Nyberg this morning regarding the frequency and level of short-term wholesale borrowing for long-term lending. Did Mr. Nyberg say that the practice was actually in breach? Was the extent of short-term borrowing for long-term lending, was there actually a breach of regulations or of what would be considered traditional practice?
