Mr. Peter Nyberg:

That is true. However, at the time before the crisis it was difficult to know which countries were going to experience a crisis and which would not. If contacts were being made, one could have done so with those country supervisors whose banks were very active in lending to the Irish banks or one could, for certainty reasons, have made contact with those supervisors who had at some point experienced crisis. The first alternative would have been more natural.
