Thank you, Mr. Nyberg, for your opening address. Before I invite the two lead speakers this morning I will set the scene following Mr. Nyberg's concluding comments. A key finding of your report was that a banking solvency crisis was seen for far too long as a liquidity crisis. Will you expand on what this means, bearing in mind we have a public audience which may not be as informed about banking terminology as you are?
