I have a couple of questions. On A5, in terms of the capital spend, is the IDA on budget this year? Will the Minister comment specifically on the advance units being built at Waterford, Athlone and Letterkenny and indicate if they are on schedule? Is any planning under way for further advance units to be built in 2015 and, if so, is money being spent in that area? How much has the IDA recouped in 2014 from companies that may not have reached their agreed targets and so on, or on property sales?
