That is an excellent question. Part of our role, which is not an easy message to get across, is to take account of the budget constraint the State faces over time. To put that in the simplest possible terms, if one borrows more today, one will have to pay it back in the future with interest. Irish people will pay the money back. That is the first effect. Part of our role is, essentially, to be that voice for people in the future. It is not that we just care about-----
