We will now continue our consideration of EU proposals COM (2014) 267, COM (2014) 544 and COM (2014) 617. COM (2014) 267 is a proposal for a Council decision establishing the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union with regard to proposals for amendment of the appendices of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals, with a view to the 11th meeting of the conference of the parties. It is proposed to note this adopted measure as it does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2014) 544 is a proposal for a Council decision to be adopted on behalf of the European Union with regard to proposals from various parties to the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals for amendments to the appendices of the Convention at the 11th meeting of the conference of the parties. It is proposed to note this adopted measure as it does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

COM (2014) 617 is a proposal for a Council directive on laying down calculation methods and reporting requirements pursuant to Directive 98/70/EEC of the European Parliament and of the Council, relating to the quality of petrol and diesel fuels. It is proposed to note this adopted measure as it does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
