I thank the Minister. We have agreed to take each subhead individually. We will go through them as efficiently as we can. If members want to sum up, having heard everything, that might be an efficient way of conducting our business. Is that agreed? Agreed.

We will start with Vote 20 - An Garda Síochána. We note that the original Estimate at the start of the year was €1.2 billion and that the Revised Estimate is €1.3 billion. There is an additional requirement of €75.24 million. We will start with subhead A1.1 - salaries, wages and allowances, in respect of which there is an additional requirement of €65 million in 2014.
