Could I ask the Chairman to see that this view is passed up the line to the Minister for Finance? The report by the PRTB also recommended the introduction of a code of conduct on mortgage arrears relating to buy-to-let properties. We all know there is now a code of conduct on mortgage arrears relating to family homes but not buy-to-let properties. This is an important issue due to the instability in the market caused by extensive repossessions of buy-to-let properties.
