It seems that Chapter 11 opens that door even wider, discussing socioeconomic and energy infrastructure needed for economic growth and so forth. Could we as a committee write to the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, Deputy Alan Kelly and ask him about this, because this would be quite useful, if the Minister is unaware whether Deputy Kelly, his Department or Irish Water is pushing Irish Water projects. It seems ECOFIN has opened the door to that.
