On Second Stage I flagged that changes would be made to the Competition Act 2002. These will be done on Report Stage. They could not be done on Committee Stage because an instruction to committee motion is required under Standing Orders. These amendments will be technical in nature and a briefing document has been sent to committee members today. If the committee wishes to go into private session, we can give members a briefing on them. I know Deputy Calleary is concerned about this.

Members were circulated the briefing document.

I have the note and I will send the Minister of State an e-mail.

Does anyone wish to go into private session to discuss this?
