Instead of trying to look into the crystal ball to determine the skills that will be needed in a year or two when they will have completed the scheme, which is terribly difficult to do, and there is nothing more disappointing than having retrained for a job that does not exist, they went back to school at the age of 27 and 28 and completed their education. That showed very good results with regard to future labour market prospects.
