As we have a quorum, we can commence. I propose an immediate suspension of the meeting until the Report Stage proceedings on the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Bill in the Dáil have concluded. We cannot commence our deliberations on Committee Stage of the Betting (Amendment) Bill until the Minister of State at the Department of the Environment, Community and Local Government, Deputy Fergus O'Dowd, who is currently in the House, is present. I also propose that the Vice Chairman, Deputy Liam Twomey, chair the meeting when it recommences. Is that agreed? Agreed.
