We are ready to restart the negotiations with the EU and EU member states on human rights, as our Minister of Foreign Affairs has indicated to the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Ms Ashton. Unfortunately, the EU has issues in this regard and, as a result, we think the time is not right to restart negotiations now. They are postponed but we are ready to resume negotiations on human rights.
