Absolutely. It is about how the HSE, Stewarts Hospital, the CRC and Enable Ireland working with the Department of Education and Skills co-ordinate the delivery of services in the future so that we have a co-ordinated assessment and intervention for children, it should not matter what school they attend or where they live and there is a standardised assessment process. We commissioned the National Disability Authority, NDA, to do work for us. It has provided a research resource. When we work in this way, we get a better outcome for children and a better use of resources. I fully accept that it must be done-----
