I will say what should have happened. There should have been more rotation of board members. I think this happens in many boards. The members who retired every three years kept getting re-elected. I think the board should have refreshed itself. We did take on two new members in the last year prior to our departure. It was our ambition to focus on that and try to make some more changes.
