Deputy Mac Lochlainn already raised issues about balancing the rights of asylum seekers and so forth. I apologise if some other member of the committee raised this but I have a question about the lower age limit of 14 years under Eurodac. There are greater protections for those under 18 years of age in our database Bill. Are additional protections envisaged in Eurodac for minors of 14 to 18 years of age in terms of taking fingerprints and the use of fingerprint data?
