The position is as stated in my initial reply, namely, that we believe the orders are published. We believe that is adequate. I repeat what I said earlier. We do not see that it should be a statutory requirement, in other words, a legal requirement that such directions be published. There is nothing secret about them. There will be records, subject to freedom of information legislation, which will allow the protection built into the FOI legislation to apply where appropriate. In any event, there are limited powers to direct the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund, ISIF.
