I refer to EU scrutiny proposals. It is proposed that the proposals listed in Schedule B do not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.

Schedule A is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on fixing an adjustment rate for direct payments provided in Council Regulation No. 73/2009 in respect of the calendar year 2014. It is proposed that this proposal does not warrant further scrutiny. However, the committee has agreed to write to the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine to seek clarification regarding the definition and criteria of a crisis and whether the fund is ring-fenced at national level. Is that agreed? Agreed.
