Can I come in on that point? The Bill is a standalone piece of legislation. Its aims are to ensure continued local community and business development in the docklands regeneration through the Docklands Consultative Forum. Obviously, we cannot lose all of this history and the intelligence created over the years. It is there and is written down. I want to put on the record that one of the main aims and objectives of the Bill is to ensure continued local community and business sector involvement in the docklands regeneration because, as Deputy O'Sullivan said, it is sad that it is going to be developer-led. Every council in Ireland, including Dublin City Council, has changed from the bad old days. I sat on South Dublin County Council for 20 years. Development plans are now different. I can go back as far as 1991 and 1992 when they were developer-led. This is why I am saying it is important to include the community from the ground up. That is what this is about, and we are here to ensure it does happen.
