Before we deal with the main business of the meeting, I want to deal with the draft report on the design and layout of ballot papers. Members will recall that at the last meeting I asked them to have a final look at the report and notify to the secretariat recommendations or changes by 2 p.m. on Friday, 30 May. I am advised that none was received. Last week it was agreed that the report, with agreed amendments, would be brought before the committee for arrangements to be made in public session for the holding of a press launch. Is the draft report agreed to? Agreed.
