Before I put the question, I wish to draw the attention of members to the fact that I am required by Standing Orders to propose that section 19 stand part of the Bill. I note that the Minister's amendment, which inserts a new section 19, envisages that the existing section 19 would be deleted. Accordingly, a member who wishes to have the existing section 19 deleted will declare against the question.
