In relation to the protocol, we have the membership of the steering group, which represents all of the main interest groups, but I would go back to the point that, ultimately, it is a PIP and creditor protocol.

Returning to the Deputy's former point that there are large and small PIPs involved, the protocol really is there to help the smaller PIP rather than the larger one.
