I do not have a particular view as to Mr. Boucher's rationale for making that statement. It will be important, when dealing with cases on an individual basis, to consider that when one looks at, for example, the average of 19% being proposed as written off, if creditors vote "No" to that, they are likely to be writing off more in bankruptcy. Therefore, notwithstanding global policy statements, general media releases and so forth, when they are dealing with cases on an individual basis, the numbers should talk.
