We are talking about the lives of real people. This situation has cropped up too frequently and we cannot afford to ignore it. In some cases families have been involved. We are talking about real people's lives. What needs to be done? Other banks will seek to do the same with their loan books as well in terms of getting them ready for sale. I want to hear practical suggestions for what should be done.
