We have received apologies from Deputy Séan Crowe. The draft minutes of the meeting of 26 March have been circulated to all members. Are they agreed to? Agreed. As usual, I remind members and delegates to ensure their mobile phones are switched off for the duration of the meeting as they cause interference with the recording equipment in the committee rooms, even in silent mode.
