That said, I thank all the officials for their contributions to today's meeting and this discussion has been very useful. I propose that the joint committee prepare a report to the Houses to the effect that it has considered the draft heads and attach a transcript of this meeting, which will be adapted to elicit the main recommendations, findings and observations this evening. The draft report will be put to the joint committee for agreement at its next meeting. Is there any other business?
