As the Deputy will be aware from our appearance here a number of weeks ago, the Department is actively exploring the possibility of legislating to protect mortgage holders who are transferred to unregulated financial service providers across the system and not just in the context of this. As I have said, in this particular instance, it is not currently anticipated that it is likely that a purchaser which is not a regulated financial services provider will be acquiring this platform.
