I move amendment No. 52:

In page 12, to delete line 23, and substitute the following:“(i) protected semi-natural habitats and protected species that may be impacted by forest activities, both inside and outside the forest, and whether within or outside protected areas, and”.

The amendments attempt to strengthen the provisions in section 11. They were submitted by Deputy Boyd Barrett.
