May I interrupt while the officials are looking it up? The large cases division only accounted for 6% of overall interest payments. I am aware that the skills sets of staff in the large cases division have risen during the years. Are the skills sets of those dealing with larger companies different and distinct from the skills sets of those dealing with SMEs?
