I also wanted to ask the Minister about the energy aspect. Obviously, there is a great deal of interest in that matter among members. Will the Minister indicate how this matter will be approached at the Council meeting? Will it be the subject of informal discussions beforehand? Has it been discussed previously? This issue seems to present a challenge for Europe, particularly in the context of international energy costs. Will the Minister outline what he intends to say at the meeting in respect of funding for SMEs and access to finance? How does he believe we can move forward in that area?
