I want to place the following decision on the record. The Committee of Public Accounts, following legal and procedural advice, has agreed to reverse the decision taken at the meeting of the committee last week and has decided to refer the matters relating to the production of a transcript to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges for decision. We have asked the CPP to act immediately on our request because there are further decisions to be made on this matter in respect of our final report and the request from the witness that is before the committee. Is that agreed? Agreed.
