Would these issues refer to the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission? The public has great respect for An Garda Síochána. Why are we here today discussing this particular issue? The Commissioner has spoken about the internal systems in the Garda. Did the two individuals make formal complaints within the system? Were their complaints heard? The Commissioner might walk me through that.
