It would be very premature of me to give the Deputy an opinion on that beyond what we have already stated based on the initial analysis we carried out where we identified that most of these costs appear reasonable and that they can deliver benefit to the Irish Water customer. In truth, it would take the full analysis we are going to undertake for us to come up with a definitive position and that is what we have stated all along. It would be premature of me to give the Deputy any further reassurance than that which we have already given based on the analysis carried out.
