-----project. Obviously a number of bodies are involved in the establishment as part of the approvals process and as part of the entire process we set out under No. 4 in our presentation yesterday. The intention is that in the context of the organisation as it has been established - it took over its responsibilities on 1 January - and with the completion of the programme which will gradually be winding down, with the very last component dealt with in the first quarter of 2015, there will be a very clear line of sight to Irish Water in terms of its expenditure and its accountability for any funds it receives.
