I move amendment No. 52:

In page 23, lines 5 to 7, to delete subsection (3) and substitute the following:"(3) The Minister shall cause a copy of a strategic plan prepared pursuant to this section to be laid before each House of the Oireachtas as soon as practicable after the plan has been received by him or her.".
