Acceptance of amendment No. 46 involves the deletion of section 16 of the Bill. Amendments Nos. 47 to 53, inclusive, are alternatives to amendment No. 46. Amendment No. 48 is an alternative to amendment No. 47. Amendments Nos. 50 and 51 are alternatives to amendment No. 49. Amendment No. 53 is an alternative to amendment No. 52.
