No. Let me be clear: it is my evidence that I believe as chief executive officer who had a professional team of valuers, barristers, lawyers and outside help with me that between 3 October and that date I had to my satisfaction examined every issue that needed to be examined. I do not want to go over the Department once again. I have given my evidence on it. However, I am very comfortable that I was in a position to recommend this on 24 October.
