Mr. Conlan has seen fit to refund €40,000 but, given that the top-up appears to have come from private funds, he is refunding to it to the wrong party. Mr. Kiely, do you not believe you have a moral obligation to make a similar refund to the CRC private fund, taking into account the Government's guidelines on pay?
