Mr. David Martin:

The Deputy is making the point with regard to the agreement. I make the point that we, as directors of the CRC, were obliged to make the decisions ourselves and not to have them made by somebody else. By doing that we would be ultra vires and I would be in breach of my obligations and duties under the Companies Act to have put them to somebody else.
